If you read their website, they do say that it is *not* watertight. There is one on ebay now that's only at $150.00

ive got one
i have the actual roll n lock product... it works great so far, just make sure the installer does it right and takes their time. I had it done at Campways when they did my bedliner. It is water proof for the most part.. but sure it leaks around the corners and tailgate.

I have had one for about 4 years. I love it, it is on my 3rd different truck already. 1 Chevy, 1 GMC, and now my F150. It does let water in near the tailgate when I go thru a car wash, but otherwise its great.
They have gone up. I paid $650, but Iknow they are close to 900 now.
