2 bbl carb question

Depends on the bore size cast into the side of the fuel bowl on an Autolite/Motorcraft 2100 2 bbl. None were 500 cfm. The largest bore size was a 1.33 and it's only a 450 something cfm. This carb is extremely rare, as far as I've read, it was only used on the 429 2bbl. Most 2100's you'll find are 1.08, 1.12 and 1.21 bore carbs. I believe the 1.21 is a 356 cfm. If you want a 500 cfm , Holley makes one. The list # is 4412.
