New Owner Maintainence

I just bought a 1990 F250 last month and I wanted to know what things I could do to clean out the engine? Fuel Injectors, Lines? I basically want to make this thing run like new. It is a 460 with 125000 really hard miles. I was wondering if it were too late to convert to full on synthetic? How do you change the fluid in the rear and front diff? My hubs are squeeking in 4Hi and 4Low how do I solve that?

sea foam or regain are the best to clean the fuel system. I would not change to synthetic oil with that manny miles.

Maybe the u-joints need to be replaced. You could try greasing your WHOLE front end (I mean a bunch of grease, get the old stuff all squeezed out). That might help you out. Good luck!
