My altenator went Out on my 78 351M the long bolt holding it on the top is bent pretty bad. Where is a good place to get a replacement.
Don't suggest a junk yard because I have gone to a least five so far and finding car or trucks that old around locally is not working out so well here

I don't know about the 351 but on my 460 I just took my beat up alternator bolt to Lowe's and found a replacement for something like 50 cents. Not too bad a deal I guess . . . I wouldn't suggest a junkyard.
