Question RV Forum
Any recommendations for an 5er forum that would be as helpful as this for investiging which 5er for a first time buyer ?

Try this one: www.rv.net. There is a forum there for each type of RV, plus one for tow vehicles and several others for all aspects of RV'ing. Great group of people there too.
