I believe there is a pic of it in my gallery. Mine was done by J&B Microfinish. They can do brushed aluminum or polished. You just tell them what size holes, and how many, and they'll make it. It ran me about $150.00 all told, and I was very pleased.
With very little work and money you could create your own and paint to match your interior. You can also customize your gauge configuration however you like. I have a picture in my gallery of one I made in my 64
I'm going to make my own when the time comes. I have several old ones and I plan to cut out the flattened face, leaving a 1/2" lip attached the the curved hood and sides. Using a sheet of polished aluminum, I plan to roll a few beads for strenght and decor and screw the new face to the snadblasted and painted hood. This will allow me to install modern guages in a configuration I like rather than dealing with someone elses tasts.
