compression values

can anyone please tell me what the compression on a 1970 f250 360 ford should be with all things in rebuilt condition

Im not positive if the 360 is same as my 352, but my Ford book says 160-200. Did a compression on my new Ranger and its 110-120 with a dead hole....definately in need of overhaul....

Going back in time to my last compression test.......I seem to recall a lot of 140 to 160 readings. The guage that screws into the plug hole may give you different readings then the type that you merely hold in the hole.
