GREAT site

Guys,

Check this out, Navistars Brazilian homepage

http://www.nav-international.com.br/...t.asp?Idioma=2
It has the service manual for the 7.3l, and the international part numbers for all the components, and most of all, check out the new 3.0l diesel as well, that would be great in a Ranger.

Thought you may like

Can you imagine the sales that would be generated in the Ranger/Explorer/Expedition market with those small diesels? Heck I would have to look into getting an Exploder instead of an Excursion if it had the 2.8l.

Not sure if you noticed, but the engine is Euro III compliant, which isn't required in the states until 2005....

wierd that things like that are the way they are. Could be a marketing agreement thing. You keep off my turf and I will stay off your turf, or could be marketing research done by Ford that people who buy Explorers dont want a diesel

Well it may get down to CAFE rules. The fuel economy figures just won't be able to be attained without going to diesel.
