Tranny fluid replacement

I've been pretty sold on the tranny fluid replacement that have become so popular. (Managed a shop when they first came out and liked the results. Yes, liked the mark up too.) However, I never did one on E4OD with a 7.3. Anyone have any experience with this or comments?

One thing I'd suggest is that if you're working on a pre-99, replace the tranny pan with one from a Superduty. It's got a drain plug that makes draining it in the future much less messy. The pan is only about $40. While you've got the pan off would also be a good time to install a Sonnax valve and Tricumulator springs. I did those things, plus add a Tru-Cool tranny cooler and Magnefine filter all at the same time. Mucho better now.
