Now I was about to buy the badger 400 pistons when I read an article saying that the 400 pistons will not work with a 351 m. Now I know you need to change the crank and rods before you put the 400 pistons in. I was wondering if it is true you can not use the badger 400 in a 351 m? if they do work is there going to be anything I will need to do to the block for it all to work?

The only thing you need to change is the crankshaft. If you change the crankshaft and pistons, then you have a 400, not a 351M.
Blocks are the same, and BTW, both 351M and 400 use the same connecting rods.
