bigger gear conversion in automatic tranny

i hace a 1981 f-250 and i was wondering what i would have to do to the tranny after i put bigger gears, say 5.13's or 4.86's , so it doesnt shift wrong and stuff like that, thanx

As long as you put bigger gears in the axles, you won't have to do a thing to the tranny. You should have a C-6 and it's a mechanical tranny, not an electronic one.
