Looking for rebuildable(not neccesarily running) 429 or 460 in the northern central ohio area, along with a fair price tag. Workable block, heads, and crank a must! C6 tranny/converter a plus but not a necessity.
Thanks a lot
Scott
Not really, had a couple offers but im not sure if its what im looking for... A friend of f=2504by497 might have something but- no, not yet to answer your question.
Scott
I don't have anything, but while I was searching for my next project I noticed a couple of things that might interest you:
1970 F250, 460 auto, runs and drives -$500 (don't know if you want a whole truck, but if I get another '70 truck maybe I could buy some parts off of you. This is in Trotwood Ohio).
Then there's just a 460 for $350 in Springfield.
If you want more info like phone #s or you want me to go and look at these for you, just let me know. I don't know these people or anything about this stuff, so (as always) buyer beware..
Scottie, we have 3 rebuildable 460's in the back room at the shop, as well as a couple big bell C6 tranny's, altho they are in various states of dissassembly. E. Central Ohio, 20 miles N of Cambridge off I-77... email me at Larry @ LNCTrucking.com just take out the spaces btween the Larry and the LNC by the @ symbol, or you can try PM'ing me,
