10 k Mod
Well I tried the 10 k mod for 3 days- 1) fuel milage remaines unchanged 2) I could tell a substantial increase in power and acclerationit even reved alot faster 3) Had no problem with rough idle although it took longer for the idle to come down after coming to a stop { I had to brake harder and longer to stop because of fighting engine speed -harder on brakes} 4) Although it was fun for a few days i took the resistor off and went back to stock as i dont want to break anything or jepardize my warranty in any way , i only have 36,000 miles on my 2002 F250. Also i feel my truck has enough power and torque {and then some} I also figure Ford designed the truck that way for longevity ,they know alot than me about design and engineering! I plan to have my truck for 20 years or so and i refuse to buy a new truck every 5 or 6 years, So far im happy with it as long as nothing breaks , it is a Ford ha ha. I think the only modification I'll do is put a toyota steering wheel cover on for good luck!
