I think it looks pretty sweet- I have often thought about trying a radius arm setup with the bushings in that configuration but was afraid of doing all of that work just to find out it wouldnt work worth a damn. I would imagine Ford did lots of testing on it and decided it was a good setup.

i haven't decided yet....i am gonna go test drive one sometime. i am not too sure though about switching from performance and toughness to good ride! kind of makes me nervous.

I'm wonder if it is really any less tough though. We still have a solid front axle and the radius arms look massive. From a performace stand point it should be much easier to tune, just changes springs to change spring rate. Lifting it might be harder, but don't monster trucks use this same type of setup?

Of course on paper anthing can look good.

those radius arms look pretty beefy to me. However, that probably means in 5 years it will be ifs.

The general concept is no different than the Bronco/half-tons of the 70's, just has different attachment from radius arms to axlehousing.
