Integrated phone??? Help please

I have a 1998 eddiebauer expedition 4x4 with the intergrated phone option. Does someone have a kit to hook this to my current cell phone? The owners manual doesn't say anything about it and it wasn't used by the original owner so I have no idea how to use this at all. any info/help appreciated. thanks

You'll have to contact your cell phone company, and see if they will provide service for that phone. Give them the make and model of the phone, and see if they will or can activate it for you.

Futher explanation

It has the antenna, mic in ceiling next to information center, and a black box under the drivers rear seat. The original owner said that it was explained that he didn't need a phone in order to use it. He was under the impression that he could use a cell phone docking station to hook into it. I have no clue but would hate to spend good money to buy an aftermarket system when I already have it. ???????????
