Need Headlight Knob & Backup light ?

Need Headlight **** & Backup light ?
1996 Ford F 150 Custom 2 door extended cab. 106,000 miles 5 Speed Manual.
I need a used good condition headlight ****, mine pulls straight off everytime I turn on the headlights. The small tab is broken in the ****. If you have one to sell drop me a line Fred@juch.us
Also my backup lights don't work at all. I know it is the switch that detects reverse in my manual transmission truck. Is the switch accessible under the stick shift boot, or elsewhere on the transmission. Thanks in advance for the help.
