Sometimes whenever the truck is stopped, red lights mostly, or im driving going under 7mph, i can feel the truck almost stalling. The Check Engine Light does come on most of the time when this happens. I can also see my Voltmeter go from the regular 12-13.8v down to like 7-10V. But if i give it a little gas everything's back to normal and the engine light will go off after a while. Only on some occasions the engine will shut off, but most of the time it doesnt. Any help?
[EDIT] oops forgot, not much help without truck specs... Its a 1993 F-150 302 5.0L with automatic transmission.

Great, I'll do that, but doesnt Ford recommend not to do that dues to some seal or something? Anyways i saw this Valvoline Carb, Choke & Throttle Body Cleaner, will that work. Is It hard to clean the Throttle body, because i think that is my problem...kinda rough idling, hesitation....

You'd be ahead if you could take the t-body off and remove the TPS sensor before cleaning - the cleaner can get down into the sensor if given enough time to it can sneak past the seals at the bottom of the throttle shaft. Mine did and the rubber seal in the sensor got a little gooey - the throttle kind of reacted slow until it finally worked loose/hardend back up. Also don't forget to get the Idle air passages good. That part I do on the vehicle with the engine running so the vacuum pulls it thru for me.
If cleaning doesn't help, you may be looking at an IAC motor, as long as the plugs, cap/rotor, etc (basics) are good.
