1998 E350 Dash/Instrument Panel Removal

Does the instrument/AC Control/Radio Bezel panel pop out or is it bolted in. I need to check the AC control switch, Blend door, and vacuum conections because Air is only coming out of the Defrost vent regardless of the position of the switch.

Also, are the vacuum lines for the Blend door behind the dash and can I get to them from behind the AC control switch panel?

some r two piece ithink there is two srews above the steering wheel right above the shifer thr rest pop out watch the wires for your cig. lighter they r short and yes on the vac lines
