Okay, searched around but could not find posts that described my problem. My Max AC does not blow out my dash vents as strongly as when my switch is set at AC (normal). Said another way, AC is blowing stronger than Max AC through the dash vents. I have cold air and a good fan. Any ideas? Vacuum line, bad blend door? Is the recirc/max switch control the blend door or is it a seperate door? Thank you.
Make sure that you don't have a plastic bag sucked up into the recirculate area below the glovebox. You'd be surprised how far they can get sucked up there.
If that's all clear, check the vacuum lines and actuators for the max a/c door.
DING DING BigAl you are a winner! I did get new vacuum lines to my hubs out of the deal. Didn't fix so I was looking at the lines on the passenger side interior fire wall. Low and behold what this little white thing up here... a plastic grocery bag! Thanks for the reply.
