Memphis Car Audio ???
Since you just asked about Memphis..........
Good stuff all the way back to Fultron.
The power reference series amps, their midline, is stout, but lacks on internals and ability to meet published ratings. Good bang for the buck.....pretty dependable.
PR highs have metal dome and sound much like many other inexpensive speakers in that range.....upgrade over stock, better than average, but not by any means audiophile. Lifetime warranty authorized.
MC CLASS Amps.....rock, period. Small footprint, dependable, underrated. Solid. Still make em like they used too.
MC Highs....many love them, thecomps interested me, i liked the sound in the vehicle they were installed in, but i dont like the removeable center (tweet can be mounted coaxially or seperate).
Midline Subs. Run of the mill. Memphis failing imo. Nice cones, crappy baskets. Look weak. Sound great, but so do alot of other subs that have a better build.
The supersubs.... i wouldnt say any excel in anything but SPL, (namely the mojo, m3, hpo, or LVS) and not really there either. Unless your diehard Memphis fan.....pass. Ive seen some dust caps split on the mojos as well. Just a afterthought.....more than once.
One place youd never thought they made badazz stuff? The connectors, RCA's, distros and such and really cool......also really expensive.

Memphis rocks...
Some of the most effiecent speakers on the market... great clean rich pure sound.
I have orion comp's in the front and back 2 RF HX2 12's all ran by the Memphis Belle...115x4 and 1100x1 best amp I have ever owned.....
If you are looking for pound the MOJO series amps and Subs are Killer..
Local stereo shop here has a comp MG with 4 mojo 12's ran by 4 2000 watts mojo amps.
They have the car inside the showroom(safer there) and it knocks all the stuff off the walls and the plaster falls from the roof, I can only take about 1 min of it then I have to leave cuz it hurts my chest...
