Plug gap?

Could someone tell me what the proper plug gap is in a 76 F-250 with the factory electronic ignition module. The book tells me to look on the engine sticker but the engine is a 390 out of a 66 Merc., No sticker to go by

I would run .045" but I don't know the exact spec. The ignition will handle that gap just fine if you have good wires. An MSD coil would be a great upgrade as well.
