Loose headlamp assembly
I have a 2002 with the aerodynamic headlamps.I was checking the fluids under the hood and noticed that the left front headlamp assembly is real lose. I checked the right side and it is fine. I was wondering if there is anyway I can tighten it up? I don't see any kind of screw to tighten. The manual doesn't talk about it. I could ask them at the dealership, but they will give me the crap it can't be done. My dad has two superduties with them and the headlamps are tight on them.

There are two metal clips at the top of the headlamp assembly, one on on either side. There is also a fastener on the bottom back of the assembly on the outboard side of the truck. That one is harder to see. I would suspect one of the clips is missing or not seated correctly. Look at the headlamp assembly that's not loose and compare what you see there to the loose one. The clips are like $5 at your Ford dealer.
