Sealed beam Headlamps

Sealed beam Headlamps
I have a 99 XL SD with the cheapo sealed beam headlamps with the basel. I really would like to change them over to the full glass look of the XLT's. Does anyone know if I can just buy the full glass headlamps and switch them? Can I use my old turn signal and parking lights? They look the same.

Not knowing for sure about the aero headlight, I can say that the turn signals are the same.
The manual does show that the headlight bezel comes off. I would imagine that the aero light will then just bolt in. The cheap *******s couldn't have made it that different that a whole new front radiator support and what-not would be needed.
Bottom line is; without me actually being able to visually compare, I wouldn't know for a certainty.
