no cat?

ive seen on here were some people are running no cats and muffler together. I have an 03 f250 psd and we cut the muffler out and ran some duals. i was thinking about taking the cat out. whats this goin to do to my truck? is it goin to hurt anything, am i goin to have to worry about any overheating problems?
also im not really worried about if its loud, i like to hear that bad boy wistle.

The only things it will do to your truck is make it louder and also make it run a little cooler. The cat causes restriction in the exhaust, the better the flow the cooler your EGT's will be.
I did the same, took the muffler out first, gained a little bit of noise, then took out the cat, and boy does it sing!! I love the sound, you can really hear the turbo scream!
