I rarely put my PSD in four wheel, but have been starting to scout for dove and getting ready for deer season and have been going out in the field, and had need to switch over to four wheel and when moving the switch from 2 to 4 wheel the locks are not engaging electronicly. Any ideas. I did notice that when trying one time, the air conditioner was on max and blowing out vents and when switch was turned to four wheel the air started coming out of the dash like defrost. What is up with this. I need help . I have to have 4 wheel working.

you have a vacuum leak somewhere. both the auto hubs and the heat/AC vents run off of vacuum. the dash/defrost vent output is the default, so if you lose vacuum it will default to that position
I have looked for vaccum hoses and or a leak. I dont see any vaccum hoses of hear a leak. Can someone please tell me how to troubleshoot this problem I have when turning the switch to 4wheel hi, the hubs wont auto lock in and if the air is on, it quits blowing thru the vents and starts coming out of the dash when the 4wheel switch is turned. I can get out and manually lock the hubs in and I will be in 4 wheel. Any ideas.
if you manually lock the hubs you will be in four wheel drive. in order to find your leak i would start at the top of the steering knuckle where the vacum line goes in. the will be on both sides of the truck right at the top near the upper ball joint area i think. follow the lines to the vacum pump or the "t" that they go into. one of the them will be off a a connection or they will have a hole in the hose.
