I bet any of us is truly happier than anyone on cribs. I knwo if I won money or inherited it I would spend some of it on some pretty stupid stuff. But as a Christian I have learned I could buy a 200,000 Bently today and get killed in it driving it off the showroom floor and then that money is gone and no good came from it. My family and I dont have alot but what we do have it was well earned. I have an late 1800's farm house that isnt fancy but we have made it home. We have some nice cars but they have back work into them. My kids get their clothes from goodwill or salvation army (they are in name brands because of people like those on cribs who get the Tommy, Mudd etc and them dump them) my horses ride in a 1986 trailer, our family night out dinners are wednesday night fellowship suppers at our church. Life is good. I bet we have more true laughter, clean fun, family love, respect of others, love of the Lord than the majority do on MTV Cribs. They havent learned it not about the money. What you place out in the public eye for all to see is who you really are in your heart. These sports stars rap stars movie stars would probably feel better if they used their money to help a crippled child walk, or provide a few hundred guide dogs to the blind, fix a widows roof, help a mom whose husband left her buy school clothes. Lots of good to do. Think about what that 200,000 would do to help someone really needing help.
Did you see the episode with Tina Turner? She has a solid gold bathroom. It has an eternity tub that is bigger than my downstairs. everything is gold.
