engine codes 84 and 33

engine codes 84 and 33
I have been battling these two codes for some time now, but nothing has helped.
KOEO Code 84: EGR Vent Circuit Malfunction
KOER Code 33 EGR Valve No Flow Detected
I have cleaned and tested the EGR valve, tested the EVP, replaced the EVR solenoid, and checked all vacuum lines. What else could be setting off these codes?

Are you erasing the codes and resetting computer? 
Codes might be stored in the memory and need to be erased. If you have a code reader or manual it should have instructions on clearing stored codes. I pulled odd codes once because A/C was turned on when I retreived stored codes.
