Hey! Just got a F-150 extended cab short bed about two months ago. Emerald green with a tan interior. Sweet truck.
It died on me recently. Cranks but won't start. Battery tested good with load. I've swapped out the coil and ignition control module but that didn't fix it. I'm gonna try to pull up diag codes this evening. After a buddy suggested I come try this site I've read a few posts and see some other things I could try. I also read a post from a thread with a similar problem and the suggestion was made to check BOTH fuel tanks for gas. I confess...I haven't. Sometimes the obvious hurts. If anyone has any other obvious suggestions, to make me look more stupid, please feel free. Otherwise this is just a "Thanks-For-Being-Here" Thread.

Gotta be honest...I usually only look around in this particular forum when I get bored at work. Look around at the other forums and post in one of them...no one will answer your question in here. (Other forums in FTE I mean...look at the "Forums" link on the top right of the page.)
There are so many members and so many F-150 owners, I'd be amazed if you didn't get your answer. Just don't forget to post year/engine/tranny and things like that...it'll make it easier. Good luck, welcome to the site.

Hey, no prob. Thanks for the reply anyway.
I wasn't really looking for an answer yet although I may be if things don't go like I hope with it this week. I just thought this was a good site.
