Just got back from 4wheelparts. They said that Daystar wouldn't allow a leveling kit to be placed onto a truck that also had a body lift. Anyone have any experience with this? I know BlkButy has both, where did you get it done?

 

I got my Daystar Leveling kit installed by a local 4x4 shop. When I later went to buy the body lift they contacted Daystar to see if it needed to be removed. They were told no! They installed my Body lift and to date I have had ZERO problems. I actually took the truck into them a few weeks ago so they could check it out to ensure everything was working fine - ZERO problems!

 

Very interesting. I suppose I need to shop around and find someone else who will install it. One more question for you. I thought I read a post of yours that said the install for you body lift was $300 Is that correct? 4wheelparts qouted me $900. Ouch.

Yes I paid $300.00 for my installation. Immediately after I picked my truck up the price went to $700.00! They said these are the hardest Body Lift's to install they have ever dealt with. I did sell my tires this past Friday night.

 

Heh heh heh. Sounds like you got a bargain on the install. I better find someone around here who hasn't done an '04 yet, let them make the same mistake your place did. Let the next guy pay more.
