1994 Explorer Front Shock Lower mounting bolt

I am changing the front shocks on my 94 Ford Explorer and snapped off the lower mounting bolt assembly so that i can no longer get a nut back onto it. The assembly looks as if it is threaded into the Radius Arm, but I'm not sure. Can anyone offer any advice?
