inner guards for a 47

i need some inner guards - and wondering how similar thos on a 41 are - i haven't any to compare against.

What are inner guards? I don't understand what you are looking for. Where are they located?

If you mean the inner fender panels on the front, those are 42-47 only, no '41.

cheers so its either find some 42-47 ones or make my own - what about those on the cars are they similar

So that's what you fellas call them down there! Should be easy for you to make. Nothing to critical that I can see, depends on how original you want to be, I guess.

sweet - suppose theres a lot of parts we have diff names for - so do you know if i'm able to use the inner 'FENDERS' from the 42-47 passenger cars?

Before I answer that, can you tell me which side the steering wheel is on? The reason being that on my '40, the driver's side (left) is bulged out more than the passenger side (right). Consequently, there may be a difference between our parts and 'your' (right hand drive, I'm assuming) parts. In some cases our answers may differ then what is real in down under cars and trucks. I'm going to assume that your 42 - 47 pickup are all the same as ours are. I was trying to find you a 'local' down under guy in which you could confirm that with, but no luck as yet. I would say that you should move up one forum group into the 48 - 60 guys, and ask the same question there of a few that are from New Zealand.

she is definitly a rh drive i have 1 inner fender but its on it's way out - for me its only the shape that matters - i can redo the mounting onto the chassis
