Welcome to FTE!

Moved to proper forum.

Is the mechanical advance working in the distributor?

Are the secondaries in the carb opening up?

Is the throttle linkage adjusted correctly?

I have a 351M with an Edelbrock intake & Holley carb. I had all kinds of poblems getting the aftermarket Holley to fow right. I changed power valves, jets, squirters, accelerator pumps, etc... and still no better. A buddy of mine had an 84 with a 351W HO he blew up and I bought the factory Ford Holley 4barrel, put it on and have had no problems since. Good Luck!!
