Sounds like it's a potentially bad defect.

I tried to post it with the same results. I even tried manually tagging it.

I've got one of those fuse holders, must not be able to handle the current. Thanks for the heads up..

When I switched my fans from one truck to another, the fuse holder was completly melted, fuse was still good, but unable to pull it out. Picked up another one at the auto parts store , rated for 30 amps, for about $4.
