Power seat problems
I have a 1996 Explorer that has leather seats, dual power, and the driver seat has the bolster feature, as well as the lumbar feature. The passenger seat has only the lumbar feature. Well, my problem is that none of these features work. The ford house said that they have never seen these features not work, and they said that more than likely it was the motors. When i first purchased the vehicle, both of the driver seat features worked, and i grew quite fond of the bolster feature, because i felt more comfortable with the sides of the seat folded in. The reason i dont think it is the motor, is because if i stick my hands underneath the plastic sheet that has all the buttons on it, and push the air hoses into the button harder, the lumbar works, but it doesnt work on the bolster, but if i press the lumbar button, then the bolster, the bolster works... I just really want all the features on my explorer working, and if anyone has any tips or ideas, i would grately appreciate it.
