HELP!! New Clutch will NOT engage.....
Just recently installed a new Clutch/Pressure plate/Throw out bearing kit in my 84 F250. I had the flywheel resurfaced at that time as well.
Now whenever I start the truck, I can NOT get the transmission into gear AT ALL.
I replaced the clutch because of LOW pedal engagement to begin with.
Now I can NOT even get the damn thing into gear!!
What do I need to be looking at here ??

As the clutch wears the pedal engagement gets higher, not lower. So if you replaced the clutch because the pedal engagement was too low, you have a different problem.
The reason it won't go into gear is because the clutch is not releasing completely. First check for adequate slave cylinder travel. Did you bleed the clutch hydraulics? Is the master or slave cylinder weak or leaking? Both of these will cause this problem.
As already noted, if the firewall is flexing, the master cylinder travel may be reduces so check for that.
Finally, since you had the flywheel resurfaced, if it has been resurfaced before it may be too thin. When this happens the clutch is too far away from the throw out bearing and therefore the pedal doesn't have enough travel to reach it and still release the clutch. The flywheel would then have to be replaced.
