Here is my situation....I have 5 trucks as it is now and have just obtained a 1975 F250. It has a bad motor, but also has a C6, NP205, and Dana 60's front and rear. Oh yeah, and a rust free straight body fresh from South Carolina. I was hard pressed to find a dent in this truck. Any how, obviously, I don't "need" another truck, but I would feel stupid to get rid of this one after the heell I went through in the last resto I did. Not fun! What would you do with it?
Thanks for all your replies!

Here's the thing about that....goofy as it may sound I have a lot of sentimental value for all of my trucks. My '01 is still being paid for and is a daily driver so she stays. My '87 was bought by my father new in '87, and is now our mud truck that he and I both run. My '72 was bought new by my Grandpa who now has Alzheimer's and isn't doing well, this truck also was in great shape when I got it and with a coat of paint looks new. My '76 was bought new by my uncle and given to me, and is also the truck I recently fully restored from a less-than-good condition. And last but not least my '84 I inherited in April when my Great-Grandmother passed. I don't know the history of this truck yet other than it was bought new by my Great-Grandfather before he passed 12 years ago and has been in the back of the barn under a tarp not running since 1991. It has only 47,000 miles on it and not a spec of rust. It'll get painted soon, I use it to haul cars now it runs like a scalded dog. Sorry to give you my life story, but that's really the only way to make someone understand why I keep all of these trucks.....

Scottie2Hotie - I'll take it as a donation for my '75 F-250 SC project. I plan on rebuilding the 360 this winter into a 390+. The bed needs replaced and the D60 open rear needs a front "mate". Then I can change both of the diffs to an LSD. After the mechanics get done - minor body work and I'll paint it. My son got me an air brush to go with the paint gun I have. This next summer, my daughter and I have a "date" to go to Bristol > Street Fights.
I'd keep if I had a place for it. Or, maybe part it out. Sell the rust free and straight body stuffs to people like me and keep the drive train to implement into one of your other trucks Depends on how much you paid for it. . .
Someone dug out a post from 1999 the other day and answered a maintenance question.
* I shake my head when I see that *
Well, I've accidentally resurrected a few oldies in my time on here as well. . .but nothing THAT old You gotta dig mighty deep to bring something like that back
