holy crow am i stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!! ive been trying to figure out the problem for two whole days , asking people on here advice nothing seemed to geet me there , i got closer , but not there(to actually getting the truck to crank, 88 f-150 5.0..........
anyway, on a tip from my friend matt , whos a ford man , i checked how i had the plug wires on the distributor..
on a good note , the firing order was right.....
on a bad note , it was going clockwise instead of counterclockwise!!! switched em around , and the blue oval madness fired right up and purred for me!!!!!!!
