When I first start my 94 Explorer up it runs great. But once it warms up it seem to loose power
I mean bad no power. It starts Ok and never dies I keep it maintained plugs, wires Etc. Any Thoughts?
No black smoke, I do hear a little pinging. But in large you give it gas and it had no power.
As for gas mileage I don't trust it to drive any
distance. If I stop and rev up the engine in some cases it will act fine for a little while.
Crazy!!
Thanks Rick
Was the engine fully warmed when you ran the tests ? If driving it is difficult , let it idle until the thermostat opens & run the engine @ 2000Rpm for 2 mins , shut the engine off & run the Koeo test first , follow all the instructions carefully for the test .
Thanks for the response
I can drive it, But after about 10 miles it bogs
down. I did clear the message codes per the manual
and drove about 10 miles the check engine light
did come on. It appears I can hold the Gas Peddle all the way down and it will over come it.
Once I got home I checked the messages again.
It return the same three messages.
Thanks Rick
