Help with Code results interpretation PLZ

Thanks for taking the time to read my sad thread.
I have a 99' 7.3 PSD 6 sp. that has the "hiccups" as named by others in different threads. I have replaced the CPS or CAMPs (international), installed a new fuel filter, air filter, oil change, looked for burnt pins/wires on the valve cover harness(es) and have purchased a OBDII scanner/reader.
The truck had SERIOUS problems today and I'm afraid to drive it now as the symptoms are getting progressively worse. It has been deteriorating for the last 6 weeks. On occasion it will run absoultly flawless, the next time I drive it, I may be stalled on the freeway or the intersection. It always re-starts, but it's getting scary now. The codes are:
P1142---Fuel restriction
P1316---Injector Circuit or IDM failure
P0703---Brake switch "B" malfunction/torque converter
P1395---Glow plug fault bank 1
P0220---Throttle sensor

I think it's a bad IDM?

I will test the wiring harness for the 5 ohms resistance to determine if the harness is shorting somewhere. Any thoughts or advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Renron (long time lurker)
