Intake porting

Will porting the upper and lower intakes on a 93 F-150 with speed density do anything. Just wondering because they will be comeing off to change a leaky valve cover gasket. Thanks

While porting won't hurt, you won't notice anything unless you spend a lot of time running wide open. Good luck.

You wont have to pull the lower intake to change the valve cover gaskets, just the upper to access the passenger side valve cover. As far as the porting like mentioned above you won't notice much of a difference.
