I just got my tuner this afternoon and went right out to my truck to install the tuning. Everything went fine including the gear ratio and tire size changes. I went to drive it to see the changes in action and didnt even make it down my driveway! At about 1500 RPM the truck kicked into "limp-home" mode. In case you are not familliar with this, it severely detunes the engine. I went back up my driveway and reprogrammed the truck back to stock and everything is fine. So... I tried again. Same thing. I get 2 DTC's:
P1000 - Monitor Checks Not Complete, More Driving Required
P2106 - Throttle Actuator Ctrl System, Forced Limited Power
I drove the truck a little more after seeing the first DTC. Nothing changed. I am going to call SuperChips in the morning to see what is up.

BTW - My truck is a 04' FX4 SuperCrew with a 5.4
I read on a different thread that which program is already in your truck may be the problem. You may have the more current program. The Superchips will most likely send you the upgraded program. I've decided I'm going to get the Superchips, air intake, headers, Catback, and exhaust. Right now I'm doing research to find the best combination. It's hard going!!!
