Head swaps

Will 391 heads fit on a 330MD? Intake or exhaust manifold swaps?

I'm trying to remember the difference between the MD and HD FT's. I think it had to do with the water pump and intake manifold plumbing, exhaust is the same. I believe all the heads are the same except for the valve seats, no biggie. But wait for more input from the experts here.
