chips and tuners check engine light

do these activate the check engine light?

if your chip causes you turbo to make over 24 psi of boost it will set the ses light for as long as you are over 24 psi. some companies make a boost control valve to correct the problem. as well as setting of the light it will defuel the engine so you will not have full power over 24 pounds of boost
