Ok. I've been lurking around for a little while learning about the truck I was thinking of buying. Well you all talked me into it. A 79 F150 Ranger 4x4. 400M (guy I bought it from thought it was a 351M), C6, dealer installed air, lots of rust. Undecided if she'll an ongoing project, just a work horse, or both. If I can figure out the gallery I'll post a few pics of what I've got and of what progresses if anything.
I've got a couple questions too and when (if) I figure out if the've been asked and where they go I'll let you all know.
Oh by the way, I'm Shane, 30, six kids (yes six), try to work full time and just started college, I live in Northeast IA (Elma, close to the MN border), and this is my first Ford truck, third Ford but first truck.
Back to lurking while I find where the questions go. Thanks for all the help, past and future.
Added pics of my truck just now. She's rusty but she'll do. Ideas? Suggestions? Cab is solid just the rest of the body is well............. airated <sp>.
