Trucks Tv

Anyone watching Trucks TV and the new buildup on there? Its a 1941 (I think) Dodge Powerwagon. That thing is gonna be huge. If you haven't seen what he is doing with it, you have to check it out. 49" Iroks, 2.5 Ton Rockwells, custom bed, etc.

Now here is my tech question, will those Rockwells handle that massive 49" rubber?

Also, we should also start guessing as to what running gear will be under the hood.

Since he had slots made into his box to go between the cab and box corners for stacks, I am guessing a Diesel.

they put 53's on the deuce and a half trucks from the factory which came with the 2.5 Rockwells

very likely it is a Cummins 24V due to the scalibility and stoutness. plus they are pretty easy to find and install! not to mention it is a dodge truck!

I agree the cummins is probably going to be the choice but how about a 3406 cat instead, or if you want to stay comeapart, go with an isx 525 or 600 now that would be some torque, and with that engine you could run a 15 spd through an 8:1 reduction box, man then you would have some gears to play with

I was wondering about a rediculous 440. The only gripe I have about Trucks is that they operate on an unlimited budget. I haven't spent on my truck what he will spend on a motor alone! I do like the ideas I get from it, and especially all the tech.

well, they used to have the other guy on there, to kind of mellow him out, but since he left, stacey seems to be getting more and more excitable.

yeah that other guy was cool, why did they get rid of him? They should of gotten rid of Stacey. Yeah Crazy Horse was pretty much over done with the painting of the chassis purple and all. I think the stupid horse painted on the side was pretty dumb too and I didn't like the selection of rims on it.

That kid with the Jeep was retarted. What his dad buys him a Jeep then pays to have a show upgrade it? Wish I had parents like that and yeah I'm jealous!

Totally agree with ya on the horse painted on the side, that is gay in my opinion. The frame looks naughty being purple, but who is gonna see it?

Ya the Tomb Raider jeep was something else. Both the dad and son were complete idiots, talking about how they could have used that winch to get his lil sister out of the ditch, yaaada yaaada.....

The thing I liked the most about that was when Stacey took out the Jeep and beat the **** outta it. I woulda payed to see the look on that kids dad when he saw it.

that fool always puts big tires on vehicles but you never see him talk about or regearing it. makes me wonder if he ever does? that jeep must of been suffering with a wimpy d35 and 35" tires and no regearing. i don't think he took it all that extreme it was just a muddy field. I guess he didn't wanna take him rock crawling cause Stacey would know it would of broke! LOL they should of taken it to the con and seen his dad's face then!

both were dorks and never should have been on that show!

Stacy Davids also needs to stop saying "Now I know what youre thinking...No, no. This isnt just your ordinary -whatever-, that pricetag comes with some features too..." Im thinking about the mullet pal, join the Marines.

He talked about regearing the white jeep he said regearing is just more take off speed on rocks. If he had took the jeep rock crawling it would of just burned up the engine trying to take off with the35s on there.
