I like the Trucks show. It's the coolest thing to watch on TV at that time. I like all the projects. I do get depressed though because every project does have a seemingly unlimited budget. He always seems to find the most expensive way to solve any problem. I was especially depressed with the Crazy Horse project, because I know my Bronco will never have all that cool/expensive stuff on it. I barely remember the 'other guy'. Yeah, Stacey does get a little excited, but he is a good fabricator too, which is cool to watch. I could go for alot less bling on all of the projects, but I also realize that without the bling, the show probably wouldn't get to air.

I like FunkMaster Flex's show too. Even though rap music and black culture aren't really my thing, the show is still cool, plenty of cool cars, both old and new, and Mariah Carey was lookin BODACIOUS in her tight, cropped shirt on the helicopter shopping episode... .

Speaking of other shows. I really like pimp my ride. I like seeing stuff get redone. I like that part as much as the finished product. Post your progess pics, guys! Hey, did you guys see the junkyard mega war where the old ford truck won? That was AWESOME The other competitors were bashing them for being the farmboy team, but they had hours of goof time since it was a ford

yeah i like overhauled better than pimp my ride. Chip Foose tends to do the cars way more tastefully then the boys from West Coast Customs. Pimp my Ride I think takes it to the extreme. either way they are both good entertaining shows.

yeah they always show alot of cools stuff but alot of that is completely outa my price range

i would like a show that has a small pricecap on it (and doesnt take a bunch of freebe's that normal folks cant get! that violates the point!) that way you could see how to build custom features instead of how to buy them

but who has time for tv, ive got a truck that is always needin fixin in some way

heh - they did one show with a relatively low cost outlay, well at least you had stuff you could leave off the vehicle - the TJ turned into the TombRaider style. You guys are cutting on the kid and his dad and missing the point of that build. Forget the second show where he added crap - watch the first show with the suspension. Don't put 35s on it with just a 4" lift, put on 33s and your axle ratios should work fine.

If that is the type of build you want to see or you have other less expensive projects you want included then go to the Spike website and send them some feedback.

I've seen the show here and there, and more or less thought it was pretty goofy. I did see project crazyhorse and what goods they put in it and I have to say I would kill for a Bronco that nice with that hardware. I'd have to paint it though. Stacey is kind of a goofball but I dig the mullet. Tells me he doesn't care what everybody else thinks PLUS he beats on what he builds. Cool by me.

Stacey is a kick *** mechanic. Just because you don't like the way he talks doesn't mean he doesnt do an excellent job working on vehicles. Lifted or slammed, he makes a kick *** product.

i think tv makes him look that way. i mean in ten minutes he has an IFS lift on the thing. you never see his mistakes because they are edited.

Believe me, no one is dissing his mechanical skills. The guy can build anything and everything, but who couldn't with an unlimited budget and all the right tools.
