Antenna replacement on Explorer

I currently have one of those glass-mount cellular look-alike CB antennas on my 94 Explorer. I want to change to a higher quality antenna with better performance and tunability.

I've seen CB antennas that are dual-band or even tri-band, and would like to have a single antenna to use for AM/FM and CB. Ideally, I would like to put the new antenna on the corner of the hood, where the factory AM/FM antenna currently is.

Do any of y'all know if there is some type of adapter or mount that can be put into the place where the factory antenna is, or if such an adapter or mount even exists?
