LTB's !!! I have a set of the 34 x 10.50's on my F250! Absoltuely love these tires! They most certainly work in the mud! Snow ability is actually decent. If you are mounting up these tires, take three pieces of advice from me...
1. Buy earplugs. These tires are loud! They sound great, but at speeds above 40 mph with your windows rolled down, the noise is deafening. The tires will get louder as the mileage accumulates.
2. Rotate the tires often. Every 2000 miles wouldn't be overkill for a heavy Ford truck. Check air pressure often and feel free to adjust it for optimum wear as your tires get older.
3. When in a situation where your tires will spin, make sure the area behind your truck is clear of people for at least 100 feet!!! These tires grab dirt like a banshee!
Don't worry about the flatspotting - you'll get used to it!
