Shackle flip problems

I just installed one on my F-350 tonight and it wont hold spring rate! I got no lift off it? What gives? Its exactly like the ORD flip I put on my Z71. Although for some reason I cant get them to hold up? They just slap the bracket and bottom out.

Tomorrow im gonna yank it in the air with the fork lift and try to get them to press towards the rear.

Are you talking about the rear shackle flip? Is it mounted too far forward on the frame? That is the only thing I can think of. Ted

It seems I cannot load the spring or something? The axle is to far forward and when its the axle is lifted the rear eyes are brought back the rear spring eye is like 10" too high and 4" to far forward. There is no way to pull the down with the load on it. When its hooked up this way it just folds up I dunno what gives maybe the lift spring is too much to get in?

You need to move your spring hanger about 6" ahead. I like that disc brake set up

Wont work. The tire will then be underneath the front of the bed.

Any shackle flip will do that if you don't drop the front down.
