Funny dreams

I had a dream this morning about me and the g/f inside a huge semi trailer, it was about the size of an acre lot, it was full of roll off storage containers. The back doors were open and it started rolling around a big dirt parking lot, and she said "I think the Powerstroke pulls this pretty well, but I think a Ranger would have a problem." isn't this weird. What are some of your weird dreams.

I had a dream where I sold a bunch of roll off containers to some guy and his g/f with a huge semi trailer. Odd.

I was actually talking about dreams with a friend earlier. Did you know that you dream about what you think of the 10 minutes before you fall into REM sleep? Sometimes you will fall into REM sleep right away (there are different stages of sleep), those are the dreams you remember. The 10 minutes could be when your somewhat awake and conscious, or it could be 10 minutes of being 1/2 asleep where you have no control over what you think about, but you're still not asleep yet. What happens is your brain puts all those thoughts together and scrambles them, the brain is left to do it's own thing and not be controlled by you...so it creates these weird stories off memories and your last inputs (your thoughts before you fell asleep).

I think it would be cool if you could record a video of what your brain displays to you while you dream. Then be able to watch it afterwards. It's kind of weird how as soon as you wake up, and you might say to yourself wow that was an awesome dream...no matter how hard you try and remember the whole story to tell a friend...you'll forget most of it unless you right it down as soon as possible. Even then you'll miss some.

I have a reoccurring dream where I'm driving home from college and I wreck my truck on a stretch of U.S. 2 right along the north shore of Lake Michigan (Yupers know where I'm talkin' about) I haven't gone to school up there in a couple years, but I'm always on my way back from school (trucks loaded with my stuff) and I die right in the same spot. What's really weird is it isn't like a nightmere, I'm not scared at all or anything..... spooky.

Also notice how whenever something good is about to happen to you in a dream...it leads right up to that point and then you wake up...it never actually happens. I get very dissappointed with those.

I had this dream last night, i'll post it while i still remember:

I was driving my 79 (with no fenders or hood) down the interstate and my whole family was with me (riding in the bed) and i just spun out for no reason and started cutting dounuts in the middle of the road, then the truck overheated so i pulled over and i was looking for a nut driver to tighten a hose clamp and the highway patrol pulled over and gave me a tickit (cant remember why)

The only dreams that I ever remember are the ones where bad stuff happens...my most recent was where my wife had a terminal illness...I'd like to remember some of the happy ones, but for some reason I just don't.

Think happy thoughts before bed and if you drink a glass of milk before bed it will suppositly help you remember dreams (according to a psychology class I took last year).
